**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site Junior Associate role located in Tirana, Albania. The Junior Associate will assist in legal research and drafting, prepare documentation, collaborate with senior professionals on cases and projects, and support regulatory compliance efforts. Additional responsibilities include client communication, case management, and contributing to the firm's consulting services.


**Qualifications**


- Legal research, drafting, and document preparation skills
- Understanding of regulatory compliance procedures and practices
- Strong communication and client management abilities
- Organizational and case management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in legal software and basic office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Degree in Law or related field; eligibility for or membership in the bar is a plus
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations in Albania is advantageous
