**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana for a Junior Business Developer. The Junior Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through lead generation and market research. The role involves engaging with potential clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. There is also an emphasis on analyzing market trends and performance data to develop strategies that support organizational growth.
