Junior Recruiter

The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
**Responsibilities**
- **Design and update job descriptions.**
- **Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)**
- **Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.**
- **Screen incoming resumes and application forms.**
- **Interview candidates.**
- **Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.**
- **Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring manager**
- **Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.**
- **Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire**
- **Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.**
- **Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.**
- **Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.**
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
