**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Tirana for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will oversee and manage relationships with a portfolio of key clients. They will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions, analyzing data to support decision-making, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves closely collaborating with internal teams to address client requirements and driving growth within key accounts.

**Qualifications**

- Strong experience in Account Management and handling Key Accounts
- Proficiency in analytical skills for data evaluation and strategic decision-making
- Expertise in Business Planning to develop and execute effective strategies
- Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is an advantage
