**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Lead Engineer at Projekti Dhermi with Orion Shpk in Vlorë. The Lead Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction project, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, and maintaining safety standards on site.

**Qualifications**

- Project Management, Construction Management, and Civil Engineering skills
- Experience in overseeing construction projects and managing project timelines
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in construction software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
