**Role Description**

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Tirana, Albania, for a Lead Qualification & Scheduling Specialist. In this role, you will qualify potential leads, manage scheduling with prospective clients, and maintain accurate and timely communication records. You will collaborate with field teams to ensure smooth lead management processes and support the overall efficiency of client outreach efforts. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high standard of professionalism are key to success in this position.

**Qualifications**

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively on phone calls and written communication.
- Proficiency in lead qualification, client outreach, and scheduling tasks.
- Time management, organization, and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and efficient workflow.
- Problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with field teams.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or lead qualification is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools; familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
