Requirements
In this role you will:
· Deliver Employee Relations (ER) Training for managers.
· Conduct horizon scanning for employment law changes not yet captured in internal policies.
· Perform policy reviews on a regular cycle.
· Create and update HR policies to reflect legal changes and best practices.
· Communicate and roll out new or updated policies to the business.
· Act as an Employment Law Advisor when needed.
· Support case escalations involving employee relations matters.
· Provide change management support, including guidance during organisational changes.
· Support and coordinate the redundancy process (communication, documentation, employee support).
· Lead policy/HR process systemisation and standardisation.
Success Criteria includes:
· All HR policies are updated within required legal timeframes after law changes.
· ER training for managers is delivered on schedule and achieves strong feedback.
· New and updated policies are clearly communicated and understood by managers and employees.
· Policy review cycles are completed on time, with accurate version control.
· Escalated HR cases are managed professionally, consistently, and within defined SLAs.
· Change management actions are accurately supported, with clear documentation.
· Redundancy processes are completed compliantly, with positive employee feedback on communication.
· HR documentation, processes, and templates are standardised, accessible, and audit-ready.
