Legal Counsel

We are looking for a highly qualified
**Legal Counsel**
to oversee the legal aspects of our business. The Senior Legal Counsel will be an active participant in the day-to-day legal operations, corporate compliance and strategic matters and an integral part of the legal team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct legal due diligence on properties prior to acquisition or use.
- Draft, review, and negotiate property-related contracts including sales, leases, and servitudes.
- Coordinate with notaries, cadastral offices, and public institutions to register or transfer property titles.
- Handle legal issues related to expropriation, land consolidation, zoning, or easements when required.
- Ensure all legal documentation is complete and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide legal guidance throughout all phases of the project—from property identification to project completion.
- Assist in resolving property-related disputes or claims through negotiation or legal action when necessary.
- Monitor updates to property, urban planning, and construction legislation and ensure company compliance.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in law.
- Strong knowledge of Albanian property, construction, and civil laws.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
