**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role of Legal Consultant, based in Tirana. Responsibilities include providing expert legal advice, preparing legal documentation, addressing client-specific legal issues, and offering legal assistance and guidance on various matters. The role requires working closely with foreign clients to ensure legal compliance and achieving favorable outcomes in both corporate and individual legal scenarios.

**Qualifications**

- Experience in immigration services or assistance to foreigners in Albania is a must!
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage (Italian)
- Bachelor's degree in Law (mandatory); a Master’s degree or additional certifications in law-related fields is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience
