**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role based in Tirana for a Marketing Associate. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, implementing marketing campaigns, developing promotional strategies, supporting sales initiatives, and overseeing project activities related to marketing deliverables. The role requires collaboration with various teams to align efforts with organizational goals while meeting deadlines effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Assist in planning, developing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, events, print, etc.)
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, trends, and competitors
- Manage and optimize content across websites, blogs, social media, and email
- Plan and manage

(LinkedIn, Google Ads, social media focused on generating qualified leads
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to produce
content and
promotional materials
- Coordinate logistics for events, webinars, and tradeshows
- Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and best practices

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, email, PPC, social)
- Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
