**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site Marketing Consultant role located in Tirana. The Marketing Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with client goals, managing sales initiatives, and building strong relationships through exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include leading marketing projects, providing strategic advice to clients, and ensuring successful delivery of campaigns and projects to achieve desired outcomes.

**Qualifications**

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Proven skills in Sales and Marketing to develop strategies and drive business outcomes
- Ability to work in a team-setting with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly business practices is a plus
- Proficiency in English, alongside strong interpersonal and organizational skills
