**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Director based in Tirana. The Marketing Director will oversee all aspects of marketing and sales strategies, including market planning, market research, and marketing management. The responsibilities include leading the marketing team, analyzing market trends, developing campaigns to reach target customers effectively, and driving revenue through innovative strategies. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and deliver business results.

**Qualifications**

- Strong expertise in Market Planning and Market Research, with the ability to analyze trends and data to inform strategy
- Proven experience in Marketing and Marketing Management, including campaign development and execution
- Understanding of Sales strategies and how they align with marketing efforts to drive business growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Experience in the distribution industry or within an international business environment is an advantage
