**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tirana. As a Marketing Manager who has previously successfully led multi-channel marketing initiatives at an international level, you will develop and execute marketing initiatives to build brand awareness, engage customers, and drive growth. Responsibilities include creating and managing campaigns, analysing market trends, developing strategies for digital marketing and overseeing content creation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across marketing channels will also be a key responsibility.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and capable of building systems while executing campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth.

**Qualifications**

- 5+ years of Marketing experience
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Strong skills in Content Creation, Content Strategy, and Branding
- Excellent Analytical skills for tracking KPIs, market trends, and campaign performance
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management abilities
- Familiarity with marketing software tools and platforms
- Experience in a customer experience or similar industry is a plus

**Responsibilities & Experience**

- Has developed and executed multi country marketing strategies and managed campaigns across North America and Europe
- Worked with international agencies
- Owned full website strategy and managed WordPress, Webflow or other custom CMS platforms.
- Directed Website redesigns and rebrands
- Managed Website analytics, built executive-level marketing reports and presented performance and results to leadership
- Managed email platforms, international paid social ad campaigns, community engagement and brand voice
- Ran newsletter strategies and promotional campaigns
- Built and executed multi-platform strategy and maintained brand guidelines across markets
- Has coordinated with international sales teams & distributors.

Technical & Tools experience is not a requirement but would be considered a plus.
