**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist located in Tirana. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting in-depth market research, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams to align marketing objectives, managing promotional campaigns, and tracking their effectiveness.

**Qualifications**

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development to ensure informed decision making
- Familiarity with Sales principles to support customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate market trends and adapt strategies
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant experience in marketing or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred
