**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirana for a Media Buyer. The Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and executing media buying activities to achieve campaign objectives. The role involves creating and optimizing media plans, conducting market analysis and tracking performance data to ensure budget efficiency and results-driven success.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Media Planning and Media Buying strategies
- Analytical Skills to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Expertise in Media Strategy and innovative approaches to drive optimal results
- Knowledge of iGaming or digital advertising sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
