We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our esteemed international team as an Operations Analyst. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless operation of our client's business processes and systems.

**Operations Analyst**

**Remote | Full-Time | US Hours**

**Role and Responsibilities**

- Accurately enter customer and account data while organizing and preparing source documents to ensure efficient and timely system input.
- Support core managerial accounting functions, including cost identification, cost allocation, and evaluation of potential pricing impacts to enhance financial decision-making.
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information; resolve issues when possible and ensure all records are complete, accurate, and reliable.
- Collaborate closely with upper management to develop and implement streamlined procedures that enhance operational clarity and overall business performance.
- Generate essential reports, maintain well-organized records, perform routine backup operations and respond promptly to information requests.
- Uphold data security standards by adhering to established protocols and safeguarding access to sensitive and confidential information.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**

- Bachelor's & Master's degrees in business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly skilled in MS Office (particularly Excel) and familiar with data management systems.

**Preferred Skills**

- Excellent organizational & time management skills.
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
