**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Operational Manager role located in Golem. The Operational Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to company goals. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, managing teams, implementing optimized processes, and conducting performance analysis. The candidate will also contribute to enhancing communication, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring quality standards are met.
