**Experienced operators (girls):**
Over 1 year of experience in dental tourism and customer service.
- **Language:**
Fluent in
**Italian**
(written and spoken).
- **Industry Knowledge:**
Prior knowledge of the dental tourism field and the healthcare industry is required.
- **Tech Skills:**
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Managing dental tourism services for international patients.
- Providing a unique and high-quality experience through professional communication.
- Assisting and coordinating patient appointments and accommodation.
- Offering professional support throughout the entire patient journey.
