As an
**Order Management Specialist**
, you will support healthcare operations by managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining master data, and coordinating logistics and documentation-ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth order flow from inquiry to delivery.

**operates in the hospital and healthcare sector,**
providing specialized medical solutions that support patient care and clinical operations. **Your Daily Tasks**

- Process customer inquiries and orders accurately
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording and updating account information
- Coordinate transport arrangements and customs clearance
- Prepare customer quotations and offers
- Create customer- and product-related evaluations
- Perform master data maintenance
- Manage incoming calls, emails, orders, refunds, and payments
- Answer inquiries related to guarantees and conditions of sale
- Handle business correspondence professionally
- Prepare transit certificates when required, including certificates of origin, EUR.1/ATR customs certificates, and sterility or analysis certificates

**The Qualifications We Seek**

- **3 to 5 years' experience in customer service, order processing, or internal sales support**
- Very good to fluent English communication skills
- Product knowledge related to medical devices is an advantage
- **Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (knowledge of SAGE is a plus)**
- Strong working knowledge of
**MS Word, Excel, and Outlook**

**Job Overview**

Employment type: Full-time

Shift:

- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CET
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM CET
