We are looking for a skilled
**Pega Business Analyst**
to join our team and support the design, implementation, and optimization of business processes using the
**Pega Platform**
.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into functional specifications and ensuring solutions align with organizational objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and Pega application designs.
- Collaborate with Pega developers to design and implement process flows, UI screens, and decision rules.
- Participate in testing activities, including UAT, and ensure solution quality.
- Support process improvements and optimization initiatives within the Pega environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment.
- Maintain documentation, including workflows, process maps, and functional specifications.

🛠️
**Required Skills & Experience**

- Proven experience as a
**Business Analyst**
in Pega implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of the
**Pega Platform**
, including Case Management, BPM, and Decisioning.
- Ability to gather and document requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Familiarity with process modeling, business rules, and user interface design in Pega.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- **Fluent English**
(written and spoken).

**⭐Nice-to-Have**

- Experience in Pega Guardrails and Pega Best Practices.
- Knowledge of Pega PRPC, Pega CRM, or Customer Service modules.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Additional language skills (e.g., Italian) are a plus.
