We're looking for a People Lead – HR Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in helping us scale thoughtfully — ensuring our people, processes, and organizational culture evolve together. As
People Lead – HR Specialist,
you’ll be part of our effort to shape the company from the inside out — from recruitment and onboarding to change management and documentation of internal processes. You’ll work closely with the leadership team, team leaders, and every employee to ensure that growth is sustainable, structured, and people driven.

**What You’ll Do:**
**People & Culture**
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement strategies
- Guide performance review cycles, career development planning, and feedback systems
- Coordinate employee training, upskilling, and certification support
- Manage HR records and employment agreements in compliance with Albanian labor law
- Maintain data accuracy in HRIS and respond to internal policy questions
- Support the evolution of our salary structure, job grading, and career frameworks
- Act as a trusted point of contact for HR compliance and employee relations
**Process & Internal Operations**
- Map, document, and standardize internal procedures and workflows
- Collaborate with operations to ensure operational compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards
- Collaborate with teams to develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Help build internal handbooks and documentation libraries
**Change Management**
- Assist leadership in organizational change initiatives, including tools, processes, and structure
- Support communication plans, adoption strategies, and training during transitions
- Collect feedback and guide teams through change with clarity and empathy
- Coordinate internal updates, training workshops, and process rollouts
**What You Bring**
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, operations, organizational development, or change management
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with Albanian labor law and people operations best practices
- Experience working with HR tools and digital systems (Flare HR and Jira experience is a plus)
- Fluency in Albanian and English
- A structured mindset with excellent communication skills
- The ability to manage sensitive matters with empathy and discretion
- Bonus points if you hold an HR or Change Management certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, Prosci)
