Power BI Consultant - Marketing Analytics

You’ll design dashboards, build data models, and work alongside consultants and engineers to deliver insights that actually drive business action 🚀



- 1–3 years of work experience in Business Intelligence or Data Visualization tools.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling.
- Marketing experience, working with marketing or customer (B2B / B2C) data.
- UX/UI experience in dashboard design.
- Proactive personality with an analytical mindset, able to create insights based on client requirements.
- Good communication skills and the ability to present analytical findings to stakeholders.
- Fluency in written and spoken English. We work with clients globally.

**Nice to have:**

- Agile / SCRUM methodology.
- Knowledge of additional BI tools such as Tableau, Looker etc.
- Experience with ETL tools like Alteryx, KNIME, Tableau Prep, or Tabular Editor.
- Hands‑on experience with Figma.
- Customer Data Platform experience.
- Enthusiasm for Cloud and AI technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, MS Fabric, Co Pilot).

**Your future role**

- Support international clients in their reporting and analytics transformation journeys, from discovery to delivery.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that are visually appealing, interactive, and in line with UX/UI best practices.
- Build clean and efficient Power BI data models following established best practices.
- Develop visually engaging visualizations to effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a consulting mindset by collaborating with clients to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Work closely with senior consultants and managers to gradually take ownership of your own workstreams.
