**Role Description**

This full-time Procurement Specialist role involves managing the sourcing and acquisition of goods and services for the organization. The individual will create and process purchase orders, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure all procurement practices align with business goals. This is an on-site role located in Tirana, Albania, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement processes.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Purchase Orders and Procurement processes
- Expertise in Supplier Evaluation and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Experience in Contract Negotiation
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess pricing, quality, and supplier performance
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with industry-specific procurement software is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
