**Product and Supply Chain Specialist**
Currently, we are looking for an experienced and motivated
**Product and Supply Chain Specialist**
to join our highly motivated and inspired team in Zentiva Albania.


**What Would Be Your Main Responsibilities**

- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities for given products.
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers.
- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
- Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers.
- Act as a point of reference for all product-related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Clinical Research and Regulatory to address any issues that may arise.
- Close liaison with the field force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure that the printed promotional material is being used optimally.
- Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and control advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
- Liaise with the advertising agency regarding the product campaign, including journal advertising, direct mail and conferences. Do and keep their documentation.
- Responsible for preparing product forecasts and constantly monitoring inventory levels held at central and interstate warehouses, including liaison with production (locally and globally) to ensure supply timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and upcoming promotions or events.
- Develop and implement effective inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and reduce stockouts or overstocks.
- Conduct regular inventory analysis to identify slow-moving or obsolete items and recommend appropriate action.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics activities, including arranging shipments, managing freight costs, and tracking delivery schedules.
- Work closely with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize delivery routes and transit times.
- Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain process and propose and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with Global Supply Chain on demand planning, training to follow and instructions to implement locally.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to supply chain operations.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions in the supply chain.

**We Need You To Have**

- Preferably 2 years of experience in the same or similar positions.
- Proven experience in product management and/or supply chain operations, ideally within the pharma industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, demand trends, and inventory metrics.
- Solid understanding of forecasting, inventory control principles, and logistics coordination.
- High attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
