**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Development Manager located in Tirana. The role involves overseeing and managing project development processes, expediting project timelines, coordinating inspections, and ensuring effective logistics management. The Project Development Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently and within established deadlines.

**Qualifications**

- Experience and proficiency in Expediting and managing project schedules
- Strong skills in Project Management and the ability to lead project teams effectively
- Knowledge and experience in Inspection processes to maintain quality standards
- Expertise in Logistics Management and supply chain coordination
- Effective communication skills and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders
- Proven organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in handling budgeting and resource allocation is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
