**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Purchasing Manager role located in Tirana. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing procurement strategies, sourcing vendors, and negotiating contracts. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing supplier relationships, analyzing market trends to optimize procurement processes, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to meet project requirements and alignment with company goals while adhering to established budgets and quality standards.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Procurement Strategy, Vendor Management, and Contract Negotiation
- Strong Analytical Thinking and Market Research skills
- Proven Organizational, Planning, and Time-Management Skills
- Knowledge of Inventory Control and Cost Management
- Effective Communication, Team Collaboration, and Stakeholder Engagement abilities
- Prior experience in construction or related industries is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with procurement software and financial planning tools
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical sourcing and sustainable practices
