**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Manager located in Tirana, Albania. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, developing and maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating supply agreements, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices. Additionally, the role involves monitoring inventory levels, conducting market research to identify new suppliers and products, and collaborating with internal teams to meet procurement goals effectively.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, such as Purchasing/Procurement Specialist or Officer.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract administration.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience working with Business Central.
- Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.
