**Job Description**

We are looking for a
**Quality Assurance & Security Testing Specialist**
with extensive experience in designing testing strategies, ensuring application security, and managing testing processes within Microsoft Azure DevOps environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Define and implement comprehensive Quality Assurance and Testing strategies.
- Perform
**Security Testing**
, including vulnerability assessment and identification of security risks.
- Develop and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios throughout the development lifecycle.
- Conduct
**Usability Testing**
to ensure optimal user experience.
- Manage, track, and report testing activities using
**Azure Test Plans**
.
- Integrate and automate testing workflows in
**Microsoft Azure DevOps Pipelines**
(CI/CD).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using
**Azure DevOps Boards**
for requirement tracking and defect management.
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation for test plans, execution results, defects, and recommended improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to development and QA teams.

**Skills and Qualifications**

**Technical Skills**

- Strong experience in
**Security Testing**
(penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, secure development practices).
- Deep expertise in
**Quality Assurance**
, test management, and testing strategy definition.
- Advanced experience in executing functional, non-functional, regression, integration, and scenario-based testing.
- Solid knowledge of
**Usability Testing**
methodologies.
- Practical, hands-on experience with:
- **Azure Test Plans**
- **Microsoft Azure DevOps Pipelines**
- **Microsoft Azure DevOps Boards**
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in complex enterprise environments.

**Key Requirements**

- **Professional experience**
in QA, Testing Strategy, or Security Testing.
- **Italian: Fluent (mandatory).**
- **English: Advanced level.**
