**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirana, Albania, for a Real Estate Agent. Responsibilities include managing property listings, conducting market analyses, advising clients on property buying, selling, and rental decisions, and negotiating transactions to maximize client satisfaction. Agents will also perform property showings, develop strong relationships with clients, and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and expertise. A focus on customer service, maintaining detailed records, and staying informed about local real estate market trends is key to the role.


**Qualifications**


- A valid Real Estate License
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets
- Proficiency in Customer Service and client relationship building
- Proven Sales skills and experience in closing property transactions
- Self-motivation, excellent negotiation abilities, and goal-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Tirana, Albania
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of properties effectively
- Fluency in Albanian; additional language skills are a plus
