**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Tirana. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand their property needs, showing properties, providing market analysis, negotiating contracts, and maintaining knowledge of the local real estate market for effective decision-making and advice. The role also requires excellent customer service and effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the real estate transaction process.

**Qualifications**

- Experience or knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property processes
- Strong Sales and negotiation skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the local real estate market and regulations
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
