Recruitment Associate

**Role Overview**

We’re offering a remote, performance-driven opportunity focused on building and supporting talent pipelines for AI-related roles. This position involves identifying potential candidates, engaging with them, and helping maintain a consistent flow of qualified applicants.

You’ll work within a defined process that ensures alignment with hiring standards, while maintaining quality and consistency across all sourcing efforts.

**Preferred Profile**

- Previous experience or exposure to recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition
- Background in technology, AI, or high-volume hiring is an advantage
- Access to professional platforms or networks (e.g. LinkedIn, communities, forums)
- Strong ability to identify suitable candidates and initiate outreach
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable following structured processes while adapting when needed

- Source and engage candidates across multiple regions
- Contribute to building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
- Follow established sourcing workflows and guidelines
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates
- Support continuous improvement of sourcing effectiveness and candidate quality
