**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist, based in Tirana. The Recruitment Specialist will develop and implement recruitment strategies, post job advertisements, and screen, interview, and assess candidates. They will work closely with department managers to understand staffing needs, coordinate recruitment campaigns, and maintain employer branding to attract top talent. Preparing job offers, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive hiring experience are also key responsibilities.

**Qualifications**

- Talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and interview skills
- Experience in recruitment processes and appropriate HR tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as maintaining candidate records and ensuring compliance with employment laws
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software is preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- At least a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR roles would be an advantage
- Proficiency in English and other language
