**The Qualifications We Seek**
- **3 years of experience managing client databases**
- Candidates must possess
**at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Sales Administration, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent**
- Strong computer skills including experience with
**Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook**
- **Familiarity with NetSuite**
- Proven time management skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a pleasant, professional, and confident phone manner
- Ability to complete tasks autonomously with a high level of accuracy
- Team player with a strong work ethic and ability to be flexible and multitask
- Eagerness and willingness to learn with a focus on continual improvement
**Your Daily Tasks**
- Build and manage new client proposals, addendums, and service changes
- Maintain database by entering new and updated client and account information
- Enter and verify new client and account data from partners
- Coordinate the completion of tasks as part of a team to manage workflow and priorities
- Organize and prepare initial materials for the operations team (DOT)
- Assist with the new client onboarding process, including folder creation, project creation, and additional onboarding tasks
- Contact internal and external salespersons for opportunity details
