Risk and Collection Specialist

Our dynamic factoring team is looking for a talented and motivated
**Risk and Collection Specialist**
to join us in our offices in Skopje. We are excited to welcome a high-performance individual who can contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

**Responsibilities:**

- Daily monitoring of client accounts, open balances, and payment risk.
- Identification and follow‑up on overdue invoices and payment delays.
- Review and correction of billing documentation and paperwork discrepancies.
- Regular communication with clients regarding payments, credit status, and load approvals.
- Regular monitoring of clients and customers and implementation of risk prevention measures when needed.
- Maintaining accurate records of broker assessments (MC checks) and customer interactions.
- Negotiation of payment plans and coordination of timely payment collection.
- Collaboration with internal teams to resolve documentation, payment, and risk issues.
- Preparation of collection, chargeback, and risk‑related reports; initiation of bond or force collection when required.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and risk management guidelines.

**Requirements:**

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with customers.
- Ability to manage sensitive credit, risk, and payment-related discussions professionally.
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Risk Analysis, Finance, Accounting, Sales, or Customer Service is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Working hours: 15:00 – 23:00 (US working hours).
