**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent located in Tirana. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales strategies to meet targets. Additional duties include assisting in training sessions, offering insurance-related solutions to customers, and maintaining accurate records of sales and interactions.

**Qualifications**

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven expertise in Sales and the ability to achieve targets
- Knowledge of Insurance products and services
- Experience in facilitating or contributing to Training programs
- Proficient in relationship-building and problem-solving
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the sales industry is advantageous
