**The Opportunity**
As the SDR Team Leader, you will be pivotal to the success of both our clients and our SDR teams. You will operate at the intersection of client strategy, team development, and operational excellence, ensuring campaigns run efficiently, SDRs hit their targets, and client satisfaction remains exceptional.
**Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas**
You will wear multiple hats, each vital to driving success:
**1. Client & Account Management (Client Alchemist)**
- Act as the
**trusted advisor and primary account manager**
for a portfolio of tech clients, ensuring seamless execution, high satisfaction, and demonstrable ROI.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients, present campaign performance, and proactively recommend strategic adjustments to maximize lead quality and volume.
- Identify opportunities to
**upsell and expand**
client engagement, strategically unlocking new revenue streams for Amiy.
**2. Team Leadership & Development (SDR Maestro)**
- **Guide, motivate, and develop**
a team of remote SDRs, working in close collaboration with the management team to drive performance excellence.
- Own the team's operational rhythm, conducting regular 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly team meetings, and performance reviews.
- **Foster a high-performing, positive, and results-driven team environment**
where every member can thrive and meet or exceed their KPIs.
**3. Operational Excellence & Strategy (Operational Wizard)**
- **Metric Ownership & Forecasting:**
Own and manage team-level metrics (e.g., booked meetings, conversion rates, activity volume), analyze performance data, and provide accurate weekly/monthly forecasts.
- **Process Optimization:**
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to
**optimize lead flow and enhance campaign effectiveness**
across various channels (email, cold call, social).
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
Foster seamless collaboration across internal departments (Lead Generation, Training, HR, Shift Managers) to ensure SDRs are supported with resources, training, and a high-quality pipeline.
**What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications)**
We are looking for a proven leader with a genuine passion for tech and outbound sales.
- **SDR Experience:**
Minimum of
**1+ years of experience as a high-performing SDR/BDR**
targeting the
**US market**
.
- **Leadership Experience:**
Minimum of
**1+ years of proven leadership experience**
(Team Lead, Manager, or similar) within an SDR/BDR team, preferably from a similar
**outsource SDR agency model**
.
- **Market Focus:**
Must have demonstrated experience in managing and coaching teams focused on the
**US market and US-based working hours**
.
- **Client Savvy:**
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to cultivate trust and forge strong client partnerships.
- **Strategic & Analytical Mindset:**
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex sales and operational data, identify performance drivers, and develop data-backed action plans.
- **Operational Fluency:**
Strong understanding of sales and business development operations, pipeline management, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Tech Passion:**
Genuine enthusiasm for the B2B tech industry and the power of outbound sales development.
**Logistics & Contract**
- **Hours:**
Full-time (7 hours/day).
- **Schedule:**
4:00PM CET-11:00PM CET (required for client and team synchronization).
- **Location:**
100% Remote Work.
