**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Engineer based in Tirana, with an opportunity for partial remote work. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that align with AdreToday's mission of providing innovative and seamless experiences. Responsibilities include back-end web development, programming, and implementing object-oriented solutions. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient software products.

**Qualifications**

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and expertise in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar)
- Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and its application in scalable software solutions
- Proven ability to develop innovative solutions and troubleshoot technical challenges
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with cloud technologies and agile development methodologies is a plus
