**What You'll Actually Be Doing:**

- Calling, texting, and emailing customers to schedule appointments
- Following up to confirm appointments and send reminders
- Coordinating with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth scheduling
- Keeping customer and appointment information accurate and up to date
- Handling scheduling conflicts with empathy and professionalism
- Escalating issues when needed (missed appointments, cancellations, special requests, etc.)

🧠
**You’re a Fit If You:**

- Speak fluent English
- Great American accent
- Are comfortable talking to customers and handling difficult conversations politely
- Can think on your feet, solve problems, and stay cool under pressure
- Are tech-savvy (scheduling software, spreadsheets, communication tools, etc.)
- Have experience in customer service, call centers, or retail
