**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirana for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves creating detailed sales plans, leading a sales team to achieve targets, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and company solutions. The Sales Manager will also work closely with other departments to drive customer satisfaction and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions to clients.

**Qualifications**

- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership
- Knowledge of parking system solutions, CCTV, and access control technologies is a plus
- Analytical and Organizational skills for creating effective sales strategies and managing a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fields
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment
