We are looking for a
**Lead Generation Inspector**
to join our growing team. If you are detail-oriented, results-driven, and experienced in outbound prospecting tools, this role is for you.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify high-quality leads
- Use prospecting tools such as
**Apollo**
and
**Lusha**
to source accurate contact information
- Verify and qualify leads based on internal criteria
- Support the sales team by delivering consistent, high-quality opportunities
- Track and organize leads in CRM systems

✅ Requirements

- Proven experience in
**lead generation, prospecting, or outbound sales**
- Strong working knowledge of
**Apollo, Lusha**
, and similar tools
- Excellent research and data verification skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset

💰 Compensation

- **Month 1:**
$8.00 / hour
- **Months 2 – 3:**
$9.00 / hour
- **Months 4 – 5:**
$10.00 / hour
- **Month 6 and beyond:**
$11.00 / hour
- **Performance Bonus:**
$50 per closed deal
