**Role Description**

The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, preparing and delivering tailored proposals, conducting negotiations, and providing ongoing support to clients. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and staying informed about market trends will also be expected. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tirana, Albania.

**Qualifications**

- Proven skills in negotiation, client management, and networking.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Experience in sales, business development, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with the logistics and transport industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are considered an asset.
