Sales Representative

We are looking for an experienced English speaking Sales Representative. This role focuses on introducing our product to potential inbound and outbound leads and
continuing
engagement with existing clients. Experience in handling calls, emails, live chat and working with CRM platforms is beneficial. You will need to be motivated, have a can-do attitude, be able to follow instructions, be detail oriented and be hungry for success.

MUST BE LOCATED IN MACEDONIA!

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30 Min Paid Break)

\*possible adjustments of the hours to suit your flexibility and client needs

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with inbound and outbound leads and existing customers through phone, email, live chat.
- Be persistent and follow up respectfully with the leads.
- Managing the cold and warm leads.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM and Sales systems.
- Be able to perform to a high standard, and meet your monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

Requirements

- Reside in Macedonia
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent English proficiency both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to organise tasks based on priority.
- Proficient in CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Attention to detail is a must.
