Sales Retail Analyst

**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Retail Analyst, located in Tirana. The Sales Retail Analyst will be responsible for analyzing retail data, monitoring performance metrics, and generating actionable insights to drive sales growth. Key tasks include evaluating retail trends, supporting sales strategies, and preparing detailed reports and analysis for decision-making.

**Main responsibilities**

1. Registration of new items in the system
2. Data Management Navision & Blanc and update
3. Responsible for database update (
*items and prices/Offers)*
4. Controlling if all data are inputted in the correct way in the system
5. Support Sales force in system use
6. Actively participate and support in System updated
7. Costumer registration in the system
8. Unification of all items in all systems (Balance+ Navision)
9. Labelling of new items in Balance System
10. Transfer of articles, packages and designated agents according to requests
11. Adding new agents to the system and deleting the existing ones
12. Development of new data in the system (logistics data)
13. Maintenance of Brands, Channels per articles/clients
14. Application of prices and discounts in the systems
15. Weekly check for inactive clients in taxes system
16. Report on Expiration Dates for region
17. Ad- Hoc report as requested

**Qualifications & Requirements**

1. University degree in Economics or a related field;
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (FMCG experience is an advantage);
3. Good knowledge of financial software and electronic systems;
4. Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel;
5. Very good command of English;
6. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team;
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
