Sales Support Representative

**Job Description**

Jupiter BPO is hiring a dynamic and professional Sales Specialist fluent in English. You’ll be responsible for making outbound phone calls to customers that are interested in buying furniture. You'll need to describe the furniture and help them make the best choice possible. If you're confident, customer-focused, and love speaking with people, this role is for you!

**Working Hours:**

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET (Monday to Friday)

**Key Responsibilities**

- Make outbound calls to English-speaking users
- Reactivate and support users through the onboarding process
- Provide friendly, clear, and professional assistance
- Record call outcomes and feedback in CRM

**Qualifications**

- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service or phone support is a plus
- Clear communication skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
