**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Specialist located in Tirana. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting sales operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include processing orders, managing customer inquiries, maintaining sales records, and assisting the sales team with various administrative duties. The role also involves liaising with other departments to ensure smooth sales processes.
