**Your Role at a Glance**

Be part of our client's team as a
**Senior Accountant**
, providing critical support across financial compliance, systems administration, operational workflows, and policy maintenance. You'll work closely with the CFO, ensuring financial accuracy, supporting audits and fundraising, and strengthening systems that support a global investment platform.

**Who You'll Be Working With**

**global investment and innovation platform focused on sustainable aquaculture, regenerative farming, and next-generation food systems**
. With offices across Europe, Asia, and the US, they manage multiple funds, accelerators, and portfolio companies-driving impact through capital, expertise, and innovation across the blue economy.

**What You'll Be Doing**

Finance & Compliance

- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including external audits
- Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Manage and streamline transfer pricing documentation and models
- Update company records and support statutory filings

Systems & Operations

- Implement and administer expense and financial systems
- Support third-party integrations with banks, cards, and expense platforms
- Update intercompany contracts, policies, and legacy workflows

Documentation & Workflow

- Create onboarding and offboarding documentation
- Develop standardized workflows across the portfolio
- Maintain compliance calendars and conflict-of-interest records

Strategic & Administrative Support

- Assist the CFO with ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives
- Provide support for financing and fundraising activities

**What You Bring to the Table**

- **3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or business administration**
- Experience with
**financial reporting, month-end processes, and external audits**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to document workflows and policies
- Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, financial and expense management systems
- High attention to detail and confidence working in a fast-paced, global environment
