Senior Architect/Civil Engineer

Inter Project is a leading construction company in North Macedonia, delivering complex projects with a focus on quality, compliance, and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced professional who combines technical expertise with strong on-site leadership skills.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture/construction engineering

✔ Strong knowledge of construction management procedures in North Macedonia

✔ Proven experience managing and leading on-site workers and labor teams

✔ Mandatory proficiency in:

- Archicad
- AutoCAD
- MS Excel
- 3D modeling software
- ✔ Excellent command of Macedonian and English (written and spoken)
- ✔ Authorization (Ovlastuvanje) B for Execution – mandatory
- ✔ Authorization A is considered an advantage
- ✔ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring projects meet design, quality, and legal standards
- Manage workers, laborers, and subcontractors efficiently and safely
- Prepare, review, and control project documentation for design and execution phases
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and construction procedures
- Resolve technical challenges, monitor progress, and maintain high-quality execution
