**About the Business Development Department**

The Business Development Department is a central strategic unit within Kastrati Group and plays a pivotal role in supporting the Group’s growth agenda. The department assesses new business opportunities, evaluates potential investments, leads strategic market research, and prepares recommendations for senior management.

**Its work includes:**

• Exploring and evaluating new business initiatives across various industries where the Group is active or intends to expand.

• Conducting financial and commercial analyses to assess feasibility, profitability, and strategic fit.

• Supporting negotiations and partnership discussions with external stakeholders, advisors, and potential collaborators.

• Coordinating multidisciplinary internal teams (finance, legal, operations, etc.) to ensure structured development of projects.

• Preparing executive-level materials, including presentations, reports, feasibility assessments, business cases, and transaction documents.

**Role Description:**

The Senior Associate will support the end-to-end assessment and development of strategic initiatives across the Group. This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical and financial skills who is comfortable managing multiple workstreams and producing high-quality deliverables for executive decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**1. Market & Strategic Analysis**

Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking.

Prepare strategic insights and recommendations.

**2. Financial Modelling & Commercial Evaluation**

Build and maintain financial models.

Analyze financial statements, feasibility studies, and KPIs.

Support commercial evaluations and investment decisions.

**3. Deal Support & Transaction Preparation**

Assist in drafting and reviewing LOIs, term sheets, proposals.

Coordinate due diligence processes.

Support negotiation preparation.

**4. Project Management & Coordination**

Manage workflows across departments.

Track deliverables, timelines, and communication flows.

**5. Executive-Ready Documentation**

Prepare presentations, investment briefs, and reports.

Summarize complex topics for senior management.

**6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting**

Monitor selected projects and asset performance.

Identify risks and opportunities.

**Professional Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. (Master’s degree optional.)
- 3–5 years of experience in analytical, strategic, or financial roles.
- Experience evaluating business cases, conducting financial analysis, managing projects, and preparing senior-level materials.
- Understanding of investment evaluations and feasibility studies.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Adaptability and learning agility.
