We’re looking for a
**Senior Frontend Engineer**
to help architect and build world-class web applications that power our platform, from customer dashboards to real-time content management and analytics.

What You’ll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications for Neon's core products
- Build intuitive, responsive UIs for complex workflows (CMS, media scheduling, device management, reporting)
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, Backend, and QA teams
- Lead frontend architecture decisions and contribute to technical roadmap
- Translate product requirements into high-quality, maintainable code
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and best practices
- Drive frontend standards across multiple products and teams
- Continuually improve developer experience and frontend tooling

What You Bring

- 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience
- Deep expertise in
**React**
(or similar frameworks like Vue/Angular)
- Strong proficiency in
**JavaScript / TypeScript**
- Experience with modern state management (Redux, Zustand, React Query, etc.)
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG)
- Experience consuming REST and GraphQL APIs
- Familiarity with component-driven development and design systems
- Experience with performance optimization, lazy loading, and frontend security best practices
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and frontend testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and own features end-to-end

Nice to Have

- Experience with real-time systems or IoT/digital signage platforms
- Familiarity with WebSockets, video streaming, or media-heavy applications
- Experience with micro-frontends or modular UI architectures
- Exposure to B2B SaaS products or enterprise platforms
- Experience with Tailwind, Material UI, or similar UI libraries
- Previous experience working with POS, hospitality, retail, or venue technologies
