**Job Responsibility:**

As an IT Integration Specialist at BoConcept, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering technological solutions that directly support our business objectives. You'll design and build the integrations that keep BoConcept running smoothly connecting our systems so that data gets where it needs to go, when it needs to be there. Your work helps teams across our global operations work more efficiently and deliver better experiences to our customers.

With your technical expertise in application and infrastructure technologies, you'll ensure our systems communicate seamlessly, data flows intelligently, and our technology ecosystem supports BoConcept's continued growth.

**Your responsibilities include:**

- Collaborate with IT Partners, architects, operations, and business stakeholders to design and build robust integration and data models/flows for projects and ongoing business demands
- Provide clear technical guidance aligned with IT Architecture and integration strategy
- Analyze integration requirements and provide accurate time and effort estimates for solution design and implementation
- Build self-healing integrations using retry patterns and robust exception handling, ensuring compliance with data flow principles, security standards, and governance boundaries
- Conduct thorough testing of integrations through structured approaches to ensure stable, reliable integration flows
- Produce high-quality technical documentation including flow diagrams and knowledge handover materials for IT Operations to enable efficient first-level support
- Safeguard data quality and consistency by setting up relevant end-to-end monitoring, logging, and validation procedures to maintain healthy running integrations
- Partner with IT Operations to troubleshoot issues in production integrations and implement long-term solutions to ensure stability
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing integrations and data flows, focusing on performance improvements and cost optimization
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices, particularly in data integration, APIs, and SQL

**Decision Authority**

You will be empowered to make informed decisions regarding the design and implementation of integrations and data flows, working in close alignment with IT Enterprise Architecture and IT Senior Management. This autonomy allows you to take ownership of technical solutions while ensuring they align with broader organizational strategies.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Skills:**

**Microsoft Azure Proficiency:**

- Hands-on experience with Azure integration services including Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Storage, Application Insights, and DevOps

**Integration & API Design:**

- Extensive experience designing and implementing APIs with various authentication mechanisms, request/response patterns, and payload transformation
- Familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger for API documentation

**Development Skills:**

- Advanced proficiency with JSON and XML payload structures
- Solid practical experience with SQL, JavaScript, and C#

**Nice-to-Have**

- Dynamics AX / AX 2012/ Axapta systems ( Knowledge of STEP (Stibo)) master data system
- GraphQL

**Essential Requirements:**

- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
